This accursed little theme is a frankensteins beast of, and I shit you not, NineIcons with SE98 shoved in there.
Then an amalgamate port of an obscure IconPackager theme so it too can run on linux.
Will I make more? Maybe! 
What's next?  Assuming [PCDESKTOPS](https://pcdesktops.emuunlim.com/) doesn't kick the bucket soon and the archives aren't lost... Either Granito or Agua.
This one however, due to laziness is far from perfect, so you will see bits of the other iconpacks as fallbacks... but it SHOULD be serviceable, for the most part!!

# NineIcons-Redux By Grassmunk & AITEES
"The beautiful NineIcons pack by [Grassmunk](htps:t//github.com/grassmunk/Platinum9) but modified for KDE. I’ve (As in AITEES) included lots of missing icons and improved some of the originals.
Note: This icon theme is only tested on KDE Plasma and is not guarenteed to work on gnome, xfce, etc."

# SE98 Icon theme By nestoris

"Enhanced Classic icon theme (used with Win98 Second Edition, WinME, Win2K systems) from MicroSoft Memphis project for GNU/Linux inspired by Chicago95 theme (actually it’s a manual copy-paste fork) of Grassmunk with icons in Windows 98 SE style added and/or created by myself. There are some icons in sizes that I've (Nestoris, not ME.) made myself."

"Rubi icons (152) in 32-bit colors and 16, 32, 48 pixels.
Different formats (icl, phl) for Windows available or a GIF sheet for conversion to BeOS/MacOS/Linux. You can download the phl file and the GIF sheet from Jose's Website"... which doesn't exist anymore.
